Registration of Writ Petition St. No.501 of 2021 came to be refused since office objections were not removed in compliance of order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). Miscellaneous Civil Application St. No.16797 of 2025 is filed challenging the said order and for seeking registration of the petition. There is a delay of around 1215 days in filing the said application. Civil Application No.849 of 2025 is filed seeking condonation of delay. Since the cause in the petition pertains to compassionate appointment and failure to remove office objections cannot be attributed personally to the petitioner, in the considered opinion of this Court, it will be

6.cao.849.2025.odt appropriate to condone the delay caused in filing the application seeking registration of writ petition and also to quash and set aside order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) and directing registration of the said writ petition.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.849 of 2025 and Miscellaneous Civil Application St. No.16797 of 2025 are allowed. Office is directed to register the Writ Petition Stamp No.501 of 2021 subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- to be paid with Advocate Bar Association at Amravati and also subject to condition that all the office objections shall be removed positively before 06.12.2025. In the event, office objections are not removed before the said date, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
