CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NOS.979/2025 AND 1643/2025: 1.

The present applications are filed by the petitioner praying for amendment of the present writ petition seeking to place on record the subsequent developments.

Since the reply is yet to be filed by the respondents, there is no impediment in allowing the present civil application. Accordingly, both these applications are allowed and disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner to carry out the amendment within a period of one week. 4.

Amended copies of the petition be supplied to the other side.

Place the matter on 06.10.2025.

CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.872/2025:

1.

The present application is filed by the

wp5626.22.O.odt intervenor/Babarao Sarvajanik Shikshan Sanstha and the applicant No.2 - Adarsh Vidyalaya, Jawala, Shahapur which are the employers of the petitioner.

2.

The petitioner has already amended the writ petition challenging the termination order dated 21.07.2025 issued by the intervenors.

In view thereof, the present Civil Application (W) No.872/2025 is allowed. The petitioner is directed to add the present intervenor as the respondents in the array of the respondents and to supply amended copy of the petition to the newly added respondents.

Civil application is disposed of.

5.

The respondents to file their reply on or before 06.10.2025.
