The present petition is in respect of transfer of petitioner from 100% grant-in-aid High School division to 100% grant-in-aid Junior College.

The issue involved in this petition is covered by the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024.

Therefore, the petitioner is having alternate remedy to approach before the Committee. Once such grievance is raised before the Committee, we direct the Committee to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from filing of such application. 5.
