AUGUST 20, 2024 By present application, the applicants intend to furnish new/correct address of respondent nos. 9, 10, 14 and 15.
2] Permission is granted. Address be corrected within one week from today.
3] The Civil Application is disposed of.
WRIT PETITION NO. 4877/2023 4] Respondent no.11 is reported dead.
5] The petitioners shall take appropriate steps within one week from today.
6] The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks further time to furnish new/correct address of respondent nos. 13, 16 and 17.
7] Time of one week is granted.
8] The learned Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1 is plaintiff and all other
10-CAW-2149-2024 parties, including the petitioners, are defendants before the trial Court. He further submits that respondent no.1 is contesting respondent. He then submits that the proceeding before the trial Court has been stayed by order dated 3/8/223. He accordingly makes a request to expedite the petition.
9] The request being reasonable is accepted.
10] The petitioners shall take necessary steps within one week failing which the petition shall stand dismissed against the respondents against whom effective steps are not taken.
11] Once new/correct address is furnished, issue notice to the respondents on the new/correct address returnable within two weeks thereafter. 12] The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents through all permissible modes.
13] Stand over to 19/9/2024.
14] Interim relief granted earlier to continue till next date.
