In view of this, learned Counsel for the applicants wish to withdraw the present application for bail with liberty to file it before the learned trial Court.

The prayer is accepted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file the bail application afresh before the learned trial Court in view of subsequent filing of the charge-sheet.
