CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 2623 OF 2025 The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that respondents Nos. 1 to 4 have filed execution proceedings before the learned Tribunal, and the matter is scheduled for tomorrow to pass an order for the attachment of property. She further submitted that the appellant undertakes to deposit the compensation amount within four weeks. Therefore, she has submitted that a stay be granted to the impugned judgment and order, subject to the deposit of the same.

Having considered the submissions of learned Counsel for the applicants and the ground disclosed in the appeal memo as well as in the application, the ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause - (2) is granted, subject to

2 1 fa 967-2025.odt deposit of the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, in the Court within four weeks, failing which, stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
