As regards revision of Pay-Scale the petitioner is independently pursuing the remedy as available in that regard. It is therefore prayed that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the contempt petitioner.

The contempt petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

Civil Application No.86/2019 also stands disposed of accordingly.
