By this application, the applicants/ petitioners seek leave to amend the Writ Petition for challenging the order of termination issued to petitioner Nos. 15 and 16. Since the remedy of challenging the order of termination is available with the University and College Tribunal, the said petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order of termination dated 30/6/2022 in accordance with the remedy provided under the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

2] In view of aforesaid and with liberty as stated hereinabove, the Civil Application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 1959/2020 3] Stand over two weeks to enable the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to file an additional affidavit indicating the subsequent events that have occurred.
