By this writ petition, the petitioners challenge the communication of the State Government dated 22/06/2005, in respect of the kerosene policy.

Since the writ petition was filed in the year 2005 and the kerosene policy is changed from time to time thereafter, the cause for filing the writ petition must have been rendered infructuous in view of the change in the kerosene policy, during the subsequent years. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
