The present Application is filed for quashment of the complaint. The reply filed by the State shows that, after conducting preliminary enquiry into the allegations made by the complainant, it was found by the answering respondent that, there is no substance in the complaint submitted by the Respondent No.2/Madan Mate and as such the complaint submitted by the complainant, is disposed of. A copy of the communication dated 15.08.2019 informing the complainant that the complaint is disposed of is also placed on record. A copy of the said communication informing the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-1 about the disposal of the complaint is also on record.

In view of the above said statement, nothing survives in the Application. The Application is disposed of. 3.
