This is a revision filed by the original-first informant, challenging the acquittal of respondent nos.2 to 5 for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 452, 506, 504, 509, 292 and Section 306 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On 4.2.2015, it was informed to the Court by learned counsel Ms. Maniyar that the revision-petitioner is already dead and better particulars would be obtained by the next date, whether to proceed further with the matter.
As none present today and as revision-petitioner is reported to have been dead, dismissed for want of prosecution and accordingly disposed of.
