The Writ Petition No. 1089 of 2006 is decided by the judgment dated 2nd August, 2014.

The applicants/petitioners filed Misc. Civil Application No.1062 of 2014 seeking review of the above mentioned judgment passed by this Court. The Misc. Civil Application No. 1062 of 2014 is dismissed on 1st September, 2015. The applicants/ petitioners have filed this application praying that the order passed by this Court on Miscellaneous Civil Application No.1062 of 2014 on 1st September, 2015 be recalled. The contention of the applicants/ petitioners is that certain issues which are dealt with by this Court in the judgment given in Writ Petition No.1089 of 2006 were not raised by either of the parties. 0-
