Advocate Ms Priyanka Lakhanpal, had contacted with her claimant/appellant Laxmibai Wd/o Damodhar Chute R/o Nand, TahsilBhiwapur, District- Nagpur, through video call from her Mobile No. 8830214714. During the talk with M.S. Jawalkar, J., she informed that she has settled the matter for the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Fourt Lakhs Fifty Thousand only), when contacted on her Mobile No. 9552256017, In view of the said statement, the settlement is accepted though she has not signed it. She is identified by her Counsel.

As such, the First Appeal is disposed of.

Court fee be refunded as per the Rules.

Respondents well be entitled to withdraw the amount as per settlement between the parties.
