DATE : 04.02.2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobeyance of the order dated 17/07/2015 in W.P.No.6206 of 2013. According to the petitioner, the respondents had not taken any decision on the proposal of the petitioner for payment of salary as per the sixth Pay Commission recommendations. Shri Dharmadhikari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that the order dated 17/07/2015 is complied with and an amount of Rs.4,54,784/- is deposited on 11/01/2016 in the account of the petitioner. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
