Accepting the explanation given in the application, the petitioner is permitted to amend the cause title of the contempt petition and to place on record correct address of the respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. C.P. NO. 96/2017.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 on the corrected address to show cause as to why the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 should not be initiated against them.

The respondents shall file reply / affidavit, if so advised, till 5th September 2019.
