CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI AND KUM. INDIRA JAIN, JJ.
DATED : NOVEMBER 25, 2016.
The learned A.P.P. is seeking time as instructions are still awaited.
Advocate Shri T.Rahul is opposing the adjournment. He submits that the petitioner is student who wishes to participate in competitive examinations for employment and pending enquiry is badly affecting his career.
Perused the papers. It appears that on 28th October, 2015 itself the petitioner has written to respondent No.3 inquiring about the progress in the matter. Thereafter there are more representations.
In this situation, without observing anything on merits of the controversy , we direct respondent No.3 to complete the enquiry at the earliest and in any case within a period of two months from today.
With these directions, we dispose of the application.
