The cause the intervenor seeks to take up in this P.I.L. is already taken up on behalf of all the interested persons including the intervenor and, therefore, this Applicant has become redundant and is dismissed as such, with liberty to the intervenor to render assistance to the petitioner, Advocate-in-person.

PIL NO. 29/2021 Heard.

The petitioner informs the Court that two Judicial Members Hon'ble Mr. Justice (R) M.G. Giratkar and Mr. M.A. Lovekar, retired District Judge have recently joined thereby filling in all the vacancies and making the strength of the Members of Maharashtra Administrative

DB.01.12.21.CAO.770.21+ Tribunal, at Nagpur as three but, for the three members, only one Car is available.

We direct the learned Principal Secretary of General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to look into the matter. If car with Driver are not provided separately to each of the Members, just one car with Driver has to be provided to each of Members befitting their status, on or before the next date. We also request him to verify the position of availability of enough number of cars and Drivers at other Benches of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and do the needful in the matter.

Stand over after four weeks.
