ATE : JANUARY 21, 2025 1) The grievance of the respondent No.5 vis-a-vis the petition has been amicably settled, as is indicated from the joint pursis dated 17/10/2024 (stamp 5/2025) to which compromise deed dated 03/08/2024 is annexed. The learned Counsel for respondent No.5 upon instructions, makes a statement that terms of compromise have been implemented and acted upon. The parties are present in person before the Court and we have verified the terms of the compromise deed dated 03/08/2024 from them and the fact that it has been implemented. 2) In that view of the matter the impugned decision dated 22/01/2018 given by the respondent No.1 is hereby quashed and set aside and the petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 03/08/2024.
