This is an application setting aside the order passed by this Court (Coram : Rohit B. Deo, J.) on 17.06.2019 dismissed the writ petition in default. While dismissing the writ petition in order dated 17.06.2019 it is observed that if any application for restoration is moved the Registry shall ensure that costs of 3,000/- is paid. The said ₹ costs is already paid.

Notice on this application was issued. Office note shows that respondent is served. In spite of service of notice nobody is appearing.
