None for the applicant. This is an application for transfer of the trial from the present district to any other district. The only ground asking for transfer is that the complainant party in the case makes trouble whenever the applicant is brought to the court for appearance etc.

In my opinion, police party is competent enough to take care of the situation and as such the ground cannot be countenanced.

That being so, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.93/2014 is rejected.
