Ms Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that, there is a delay of two days in filing appeal, challenging the judgment dated 26.06.2019 and decree dated 08.07.2019 passed by the learned Family Court No.2, Nagpur, allowing the Petition No.A-520 of 2015 filed by the respondent/non-applicant No.2 for dissolution of marriage.

We have gone through the reasons stated in the application and since the reasons are found to be satisfactory, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed. Application is disposed of accordingly.
