The State of Maharashtra has filed its reply. Paragraph No.4 of the said reply is reproduced herein under: "The Investigating Officer conducted an indepth investigation in the present crime by collecting evidence including the statement of the victim and other witnesses. After completing the investigation it transpired that there is no ample evidence against the applicant. The Investigating Officer has filed "A Summary" before the learned Trial Court on 24.12.2021. The copy of "A Summary" is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure NA-1 for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court."
