This is an application seeking to amend prayer clause by adding a prayer to quash the charge-sheet. 2.

Initially, this application was filed for seeking relief to quash First Information Report. It was informed that in the meantime, police have completed investigation and charge-sheet has been filed. In view of the subsequent development, the applicant desires to add a prayer as stated above.

In view of that the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to carry the amendment as set out in the application.

The applicant to carry out the amendment and supply the copy of amended application to other side on or before the next date.
