Though the land to the extent of 26 Ares is shown to be affected by the project executed by the respondent no.3, the respondent no.2 having noticed that the petitioner's land to the extent of 48 Ares is affected, has referred the issue to the respondent no.1 vide communication dated 10.06.2024. However, the respondent no.1 has not taken any decision till this date.

In this background, we direct the respondent no.1 to take a decision on the said issue as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
