In view of the prayer made in the petition, we are of the view that purposes of this petition shall stand served if appropriate directions are issued to the respondents. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed. Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the application of the petitioners filed on 08/11/2019, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
