CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1781 OF 2025.
Applicant/appellant has moved the application to delete the name of respondent No.5 from the array of the respondents, as during the pendency of the appeal, he reported to be dead. He was a minor. His legal representatives are already on record. Accordingly, the application is allowed as prayed.
Appellant is directed to delete the name of the respondent No.5 from the array of the respondents within a week and supply a copy of the

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 3716 OF 2024 Applicant/appellant has filed an application to condone the delay of 234 days caused in filing the appeal, for which, learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has no objection to condone the delay. Though respondent No.7 is served, none appear for him.

Considering the reason disclosed in the application, as well as no objection of the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, the application is allowed as prayed. As such, the delay is condoned. 4.
Appeal be registered accordingly.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1782 OF 2025 Applicants/respondents No. 1 to 4 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount, for which learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection to permit them to withdraw the amount as per the award passed by the Tribunal on the usual undertaking.
3 35 1781-2025.odt Considering the reason stated in the application as well as no objection of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per the award of the Tribunal, on the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transfer the amount of compensation into the bank accounts of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, respectively, as per the award passed by the Tribunal, in proportionate amounts, within four weeks, upon their furnishing the bank account details to the Registry.
