01] By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 1505 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

02] Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 1505 days. In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of. 03] Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
