This is an application for granting stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khamgaon.

Heard learned advocate for the appellant.

Perused the application.

He submits that appellant is ready to deposit the amount as per the award.

Considering his prayer, it would be proper to grant stay with direction to deposit entire amount within six weeks.

There shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award subject to deposit entire

14..odt amount. If the amount under award is not deposited within six weeks, this application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
