At the outset, Shri Khapre, learned senior counsel for the appellants seeks to make correction in the application for amendment by correcting the date, as occurring in substantial question of law at Sr. No.(x) framed therein from 25/03/2014 to 25/03/2019.

Since it is a formal correction, the same is allowed. The correction be carried out forthwith.

The civil application has been filed by the appellants/applicants seeking to add certain substantial questions of law.

Though Shri Kaptan, learned senior counsel for the respondents opposes the same, considering the nature of the proceedings and the subject matter therein, the civil application is allowed. No order as to costs. SECOND APPEAL NO.226/2022 1.
