Date : 30 th September, 2015 The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in view of the order dated 30-8-2011 passed by this Court in Civil Revision Application No.66 of 2011 rejecting the contention that the civil revision application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is not barred against the order passed by the Collector in exercise of his revisional jurisdiction under Section 23 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
