The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition, as he states that the Petitioner will avail the remedy available to him under the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificates Act, 2000 and the Rules framed thereunder.
