This is an application for brining on record legal representatives of petitioner who has expired on 25.04.2025. The application is filed on 23.07.2025 and learned counsel for petitioner submits that the application is filed within the time. However, attention of the court is invited to order dated 7th July 2025 by which it is ordered that after expiry of the petitioner no steps were taken for bringing on record his legal representatives and therefore this petition is ordered to have been abated. It is submitted that since the period to take steps for bringing on record legal representatives had not expired, the order of abatement needs to be recalled.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application needs to be allowed by setting aside the abatement. The civil application is allowed
