Registry is directed to tag these appeals with present appeal.

The learned advocate for the appellant further directed to submit pursis to clarify whether the appellants are dead in the above referred appeals.

This is an application for recalling the order passed by this Court on 30.06.2017 which was filed for setting aside the abatement and bringing legal representatives of appellant - Keshao.

Order dated 30.06.2017 is called back. The appellant is permitted to carry out amendment within one week.
