In pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 29th August 2016, Shri A.M.Joshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation, has kept the Revision for hearing on 14.9.2016 at 3.00 p.m. He also stated that three months' period would be required to decide the Revision.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the petitioner to remain present before the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation on 14th September, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. The State Government is further directed to decide the question of grant of interim relief on the very same day. The State Government is further directed to decide the Revision within a period of three months, as requested in communication dated 1st September, 2016.
