By this application, permission is sought to withdraw the remaining balance amount, which is lying with the registry of this Court.

It is an admitted fact that, the present appeal came to be withdrawn by the appellant Insurance Company before the National Lok Adalat held on 03.11.2024. 4.

As such, there can be no objection from the appellant in this regard in the matter.

Hence for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent no.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant Insurance Company with the registry of this Court with accrued interest thereon.
