Writ Petition No.5184/2019 was disposed of by this Court on 17/10/2019 with a clear-cut observation that it will also be open for the Commission (Sic. Commissioner, State Excise, Mumbai) to take any action against any person passing any order contrary to his order. The direction given by this Court is very clear and t he petitioner could have acted upon and can still act upon the direction already given by this Court.
As this writ petition does not involve any fresh cause of action, it stands dismissed. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar, P.S.
