After hearing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for petitioners submits that he does not press for the relief sought in this petition.

Considering the statement made by the learned Counsel for petitioners, the original plaintiffs have completed their evidence and Special Regular Civil Suit No.243 of 2015 pending before the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Nagpur is kept for recording the defence evidence, it would be appropriate that the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division endeavors to complete the trial in suit preferably within a period of six months from today and the same be disposed of on or before 15.01.2024. 3.

The defendants undertake to diligently lead their evidence and cooperate with the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Nagpur in disposal of the suit within the time period set down herein.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
