By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the implementation, execution and operation of the award passed in M.A.C.P. No.28 of 2016 dated 02.03.2019.

The learned Advocate Shri Pendke waives notice for the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the entire compensation amount is already deposited along with accrued interest. 4.

In view of that the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.28 of 2016 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 5.

Civil Application No.3733 of 2019 is disposed of.
