The Petitioner has applied for regular parole leave for 45 days on account of that his wife was expecting a child. 2.

It is informed that during interregnum period Petitioner's wife has delivered a baby. In view of that Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply a fresh on other grounds as available under law.

Petition stands disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
