It is not disputed that the proceedings would lie to the concerned Minister against the impugned order, in view of which, Shri Khapre, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail of that remedy. His only contention is that the notice dated 28/07/2022 be stayed for a period of 15 days so that the aforesaid remedy would be availed.
2.
Statement is accepted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the impugned order. The notice dated 28/07/2022 is hereby stayed for a period of 15 days only. No order as to costs.
