DATED : NOVEMBER 08, 2019 The challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the order dated 04.07.2019 by which the stay that was granted to the execution of the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer on 19.01.2019 has been vacated. In the writ petition it was stated that since the learned Member of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal was not available the petitioner was required to approach this Court. It is now informed that the learned Member is available at the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. In view of aforesaid, the proceedings filed by the petitioner herein can be entertained by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on its own merits. Accordingly, the interim relief granted by this Court on 21.08.2019 shall continue for a period of three weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate interim relief before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. The

WP5823.19 2/2 proceedings before the Tribunal be decided expeditiously. Keeping all points on merits are kept open, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
