Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the Court may pass appropriate order.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw the balance amount deposited in this Court in terms of order passed by this Court with accrued interest.
