Perused the pursis filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. It discloses that F.I.R. has been lodged against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 r/w Section 34 of I.P.C. and it has been registered vide Crime No. 44/2021. It further informs the court that suspension order has been issued by respondent No.2 to the respondent No.4 on 24.02.2021. There is also an assurance given that soon necessary action for recovery of the misappropriated amount would be initiated against respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

We accept the submissions so made in the pursis and we dispose of the petition in terms of the statements made in the pursis.

Petition disposed of accordingly.
