DATED : AUGUST 28, 2019 This is an application for bail. Charge-sheet in the present case is filed on 27.11.2017. As per reply filed on behalf of the prosecution. The case is already committed to the Court of Sessions and it is registered as Sessions Trial No.371/2017 and is pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Akola. The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Deshpande submitted that the learned Judge of the Court below has already framed charge. Thus, the case is already riped up for trial.

Looking to the nature of the evidence appearing against the applicant, the Court is not inclined to grant relief in favour of the applicant. However, since charge-sheet is already filed and the applicant is under trial prisoner since 2017, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola is directed to complete the proceedings of Sessions Trial No.231/2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The learned Prosecutor holding the

ba774.2019.odt prosecution brief and the applicant shall extend full cooperation to the learned Judge for early disposal of the trial.

With the above directions, the application is disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made in this order are prima facie in nature and the Court below shall not get influenced by it at the time of decision of the trial on its own merits.
