The challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the order dated 10.12.2020 passed by the respondent no.2 withdrawing the recognition of the petitioner no.2-College. That order has been confirmed by the respondent no.1 on 18.03.2021.

While issuing notice on 16.06.2021 ad-interim relief in terms of Prayer Clause (ii) came to be granted. During pendency of the proceedings, the present civil application has been moved praying that the name of the petitioner no.2College be included in the Central Admission Process to enable the students to seek admission for B.Ed. Course for Academic Session 2023-24. 3.

Considering the fact that the impugned orders have been stayed, it is directed by an interim order that the name of the petitioner no.2-College be included in the list of colleges in the Central Admission Process. The students seeking admission to the B.Ed. Course for Academic Session 2023-24 can opt for the petitioner no.2-College. It is clarified that this arrangement is interim in nature and the petitioners shall not claim any equity or right in that regard. The students shall be put to notice of the aforesaid order and the fact that the present writ petition is pending.

With aforesaid directions, the civil application is disposed of.
