DATED : 12-0 7It is common ground that notwithstanding wide prayer clauses, the position of law is well settled that prior permission for dismissal of respondent 3 - employee is required from the Management Council of the University.

Learned counsel for the University Mrs. Gauri Venkatraman states on the basis of instructions received that the Management Council is newly constituted and the proposal of the petitioner - institution shall be placed before the Management Council and appropriate decision shall be taken within four weeks.
