DATE : 26th SEPTEMBER, 2022 By speaking to the minutes, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is inadvertent typographical error in the order dated 19/09/2022, passed by this Court, as a result of which the words "Additional Collector" have been stated in paragraph Nos.2, 5 and 6 instead of the words "Additional Commissioner". A request is made for correction of the said error. The respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

It is directed that at all the places where the words "Additional Collector" have been used in paragraph Nos.2, 5 and 6, the words "Additional Commissioner" shall be stated. MP Deshpande
