By the present application, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.30,000/- deposited by the appellants.

2] This Court vide order dated 30/11/2017 while admitting the appeal has stayed the order passed by the First Appellate Court inter alia on the condition that the appellants shall deposit Rs.5,000/- per year. 3] It appears that in compliance to the aforesaid order, the appellants have deposited the amount of Rs.30,000/-. The learned Counsel for the appellants has no objection if the amount is allowed to be withdrawn upon furnishing usual undertaking.

4] In view of above, the application is allowed as prayed for subject to furnishing usual undertaking. CIVIL APPLICATION (S) NO. 523 OF 2023 5] The learned Counsel for the appellants seeks time to file reply.
