Mr. C.S. Samudra, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the writ petition has been listed before the returnable date fixed by the order dated November 29, 2021.

On perusal of such order, we find his submission to be correct.

Let reply-affidavit be filed by December 27, 2021 with a copy to the petitioner. The petitioner may file his rejoinder thereto by January 1, 2022, with copy to the learned counsel for the respondents.

The writ petition shall be listed, fairly 'High on Board' on January 03, 2022 before the regular Bench, subject to the convenience of Their Lordships. SMGate

The petitioner seeks consideration of Civil Application (CAW) No. 1907/2021. Having considered the prayers in the application, we are of the view that no order is required to be passed on prayer clause (2) in view of the order that we have passed above.

So far as, the prayer clause (1) is concerned, since the writ petition is likely to be listed on a fixed date upon exchange of the pleadings, we find no reason to grant any such direction as prayed for.

The Civil Application, accordingly, stands dismissed. No costs.
