This is an application for regular bail. Applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.233/2019, registered with Police Station, Dabki Road, Akola for an offence punishable under Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of reply filed on behalf of prosecution would show that application is primarily opposed since investigation is in progress. However, learned A.P.P. fairly submits that investigation is almost over and formality of filing of the charge-sheet is remained to be done. Even according to learned A.P.P., injured Harshad is already discharged from hospital and therefore, there is no possibility of present crime being converted into graver one. Reply would show that the weapon used in the

In view of aforesaid, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Vikas Gopalsingh Yadav be released on bail in connection with Crime No.233/2019, registered with Police Station, Dabki Road, Akola for an offence punishable under Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount. (iii) Applicant shall attend Police Station, Dabki Road, Akola, once a week i.e. on every Sunday for next three months and shall be with the investigating officer from 11.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m.

The application is disposed of.
